As Operations Manager, you will work closely with the director to align the lab's equipment with academic research and industry project needs. You'll develop standard operating protocols and manage the inventory of materials while training students and researchers for safe lab practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safe operation of research infrastructure technologies
• Develop and implement standard operating protocols (SOP)
• Manage inventory of materials and consumables




• Train students and researchers for safe lab practices
• Execute monthly hazardous waste disposal

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/materials/metallurgical engineering
• Minimum of 1 year lab experience or related field
• Knowledge of coatings deposition technologies
• Strong technical aptitude
• Experience in facility management preferred
