We are seeking an experienced supervisor for our night shift, which runs from Tuesday to Saturday starting at midnight. Key responsibilities include managing warehouse freight, ensuring accurate shipments, and maintaining dock operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate outbound warehouse freight
• Ensure accurate scanning and processing of shipments
• Monitor and reduce damages, shortages, and errors
• Provide leadership and support to dock team members
• Oversee team performance and daily dock workflow

Requirements:
• 3 years of LTL loading/unloading experience
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Previous crossdock experience essential
• Experience with western lanes preferred
• Clean criminal background check required
