ATC is seeking an experienced Caseworker with a Bachelor of Social Work or related degree. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in case management and a solid commitment to community engagement. Strong skills in working with Indigenous communities are advantageous. This position includes on-call responsibilities and active participation in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake, assessments, and permanency planning
• Collaborate on safety plans with families and communities
• Attend court and meet legislative requirements
• Record online data entry accurately and promptly
• Provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Social Work with 2+ years of experience
• Ability to be delegated in Alberta
• Class 5 Drivers License with clear abstract
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
