Requirements:
• Bachelor in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

• Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medication reconciliation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
