This role emphasizes the need for effective outreach initiatives to promote Health & Counselling services and foster student wellbeing across the college community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical intake assessments for mental health concerns
• Perform comprehensive screening to identify urgent needs
• Collect relevant clinical and psychosocial information
• Develop outreach initiatives and educational activities
• Provide immediate assessment during student crises
Requirements:
• Minimum four-year degree in health or mental health
• Licensed or eligible for license in Ontario
• Postgraduate certificate in mental health intervention
• Five years of clinical experience, particularly with young adults
• Experience in an educational setting
