Take on a vital role as a HazMat Field Driver/Technician with Republic Services. This position involves safely transporting hazardous waste using box trucks and tractor-trailers while ensuring compliance with regulations.

As a HazMat Field Driver/Technician, you will operate various trucks for both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. You will maintain driver documents and perform detailed vehicle inspections, while also ensuring proper load securement and labeling. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers will ensure satisfaction and uphold our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various trucks, including box trucks and tankers
• Perform LTL pickups of waste materials
• Maintain accurate driver logs and waste manifests




• Ensure accurate HAZMAT load placarding and securement
• Participate in the Site Safety program and training

Requirements:
• AZ Commercial Driver's license required, with HAZMAT endorsement
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
• Skilled in using hand tools and instruments
• Understanding of state weight limit laws
