Your Responsibilities

Sourcing,screeningandpresentingtopqualifiedcandidates

Postingadsandactivelysearchingfortalentinourin-housedatabaseandonseveralonlineresumesbanks





Conductingahighvolumeofphonescreensandvirtualinterviews

Attendingin-personandvirtualcareerfairs,networkingeventsandcontractorappreciationsocials

Providingconsultativeadvicetocandidatesonhiringprocesses,compensation,termination,andotherHRtopics

Updatingcandidatefileswithagoaltolocateandplaceavailablecandidates,generateleads,andcontributetocandidate-marketingactivities

Completingreferencechecksandverifyingcredentialsasrequired

Anticipatinghiringneedsbyproactivelybuildingapipelineofcandidateswithhigh-demandskillsets,ensuringacontinuousandefficientrecruitmentprocess

Takingtheinitiativetoidentifyandgenerateleadsthroughvariouschannels,includingprofessionalnetworks,candidateinterviews/screencalls,socialmedia,andindustryevents

Monitoringandanalyzingcompetitorrecruitmentstrategies,identifyingbestpracticesandareasforimprovement

Demonstratingasolutions-orientedmindsetwhenfacedwithrecruitmentchallenges,offeringcreativeandeffectivesolutions

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of IT recruitment experience required; preferably within an agency setting

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with bilingualism in French considered a strong asset

Focused on driving client/candidate success and delivering the ultimate experience

Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly





Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a rapid-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines

Natural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experience

Passion for creating and fostering new relationships

You are a driven professional who is self-motivated for achieving and exceeding individual and team goals

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Knowledge of and experience with recruiting practices, candidate process management, behavioural interviewing skills and assessment techniques preferred

Technical aptitude in the use of business software and Microsoft Office Suite

College or University education considered a strong asset

Ability to work onsite in downtown Toronto office a minimum of 1-2 days/week for the initial 6 months
