Sevita is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategic Operations to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Kipsu, driving cross-functional alignment across operations, technology and stakeholder experience. This role enables real-time communication with families and guardians and embeds the platform into daily workflows.
You will lead strategic change, standardize workflows, and manage vendor relationships to deliver measurable value and improved engagement across Sevita’s care sites.
