Overview

The Opportunity : As a Technology Strategy & Transformation Senior Associate, you will unlock your potential and drive meaningful outcomes that will elevate your career. Candidates with cross‑industry experience and strengths in CPG/Retail, Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, or Telecom are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technology strategy and transformation programmes, focusing on infrastructure, AI, data, and digital technologies across various industries.
- Gather and analyze client information to develop actionable, data‑driven insights that support platform and channel strategies.
- Lead client engagements to understand business and technology strategies, conducting research, interviews, and hypothesis testing for transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate experience driving strategic transformation in technology‑driven environments, including cloud, data, AI/GenAI, AIOps, and digital infrastructure.
- Identify and prioritize business and technology requirements for clients,



ensuring alignment with infrastructure and digital transformation objectives.
- Support programme and project management, leveraging hands‑on knowledge of technology transformation processes, especially in infrastructure and AI‑driven solutions.
- Apply strategic delivery skills to implement technology solutions—spanning infrastructure, digital, and AI—for clients in multiple industries.
- Deliver client projects on time and within budget, exceeding client expectations through strong team performance and stakeholder management.
- Integrate People, Process, and Technology components into meaningful, value‑added solutions.
- Build and maintain effective, trustworthy, and collaborative client relationships at multiple levels.
- Collaborate with team members at various levels to develop compelling client proposals, white papers, thought leadership, and points of view.
- Contribute to a strong and sustainable PwC culture through employee engagement, mentoring, and coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

- Significant experience within technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy.
- Experience in one or more domains such as infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI, AIOps, digital,



or full‑stack software delivery.
- Prior work experience with a technology strategy consulting group or a CIO organization.
- Strong understanding of one or more business domains: CPG/Retail, Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, or Telecom.
- Proven track record of successful project completion and client communication.
- Strong technical leadership and business analysis skills.
- Proactive and logical approach to information gathering and synthesis.
- Capability to build genuine, trust‑based relationships with clients and technical teams.
- Business development, pricing, client relationship development, retention, and management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressing deadlines and changing conditions.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Canada.
- Commitment to valuing differences, developing diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
- Availability to travel and work in Canada (no visa sponsorship required).

Compensation

Salary range: $87,700 - $137,700 (adjusted to location and market). Additional variable incentive pay may be available depending on performance. We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes perks, flexibility programs, and wellness support.
