We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager tojoin our growing team in Brandon, Mississippi. This role is ideal for aninsurance skilled who enjoys building strong client relationships,providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with producers andcarrier partners.

You'll manage an established portfolio of commercialinsurance accounts while helping clients protect and grow their businessesthrough proactive service and coverage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manageand service an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Serveas the primary point of contact for client requests and service needs




- Processrenewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications
- Reviewpolicies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Preparecertificates of insurance and evidence of property forms
- Partnerwith producers to support account retention and growth
- Buildand maintain relationships with carrier underwriters
- Identifyopportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients
- Maintainaccurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

- ActiveProperty & Casualty (P&C;) License preferred
- 2+years of insurance industry experience preferred
- Commerciallines insurance experience preferred
- Strongcommunication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivery of excellence
