monitoring and maintaining - removeDisplay ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutionsInventory management skills, including:Inventory investment - removeIdentify surplus / return opportunitiesUnderstanding of penalties and exemptionsAbility to understand the delicate balance between investments, service levels, turns and landed costSpecial reporting as requestedConsistently displays a customer service attitude toward the branches and develops a rapport with branch contacts.Handling computer file maintenance - RemoveRepresent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer serviceProfessional collaboration with Supply Chain; follow PO’s through to completion. AddAbide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and proceduresAssistance during physical inventoryAssist with other administrative duties as requiredWhat you will bring:Post-Secondary education plus a minimum of two (2) years related experience in purchasing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; - RemoveThorough working knowledge of purchasing, warehouse and inventory control policies, processes and procedures;Demonstrates intelligent buying decisionsGood freight / transportation understandingUnderstanding vendor catalogues,
