Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring under supervision.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive and engaging environment.
- Help with light household tasks including meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry to maintain a clean and healthy living space.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community activities to promote social engagement.




- Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition to supervisors promptly.
- Follow care plans accurately and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure client well-being at all times.

Qualifications

- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility safely.
- Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or social services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedule including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to personal care assistance.
- Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates.
