We are Tofino’s newest restaurant, located at Pacific Sands Resort, building an energetic and passionate team from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Breakfast Line Cook is responsible for executing a smooth, organized morning service — from first prep to last plate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early starts, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in clean, consistent cooking. You’ll play a key role in setting up the kitchen for the rest of the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute breakfast service with consistency and attention to detail




- Prepare and set up station for morning service
- Cook eggs, brunch items, and breakfast-focused dishes to spec
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Assist with prep for both breakfast and transition into lunch
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications

- Previous line cook experience preferred (breakfast/brunch a bonus)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Reliable and comfortable with early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
