Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople by preparing materials, tools, and equipment needed for various tasks
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies at job sites to ensure timely availability
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the worksite by removing debris and hazards
- Support with basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Operate simple machinery or tools under supervision as required
- Help with site setup and teardown activities to facilitate efficient project progress

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in construction or industrial settings
- Reliable punctuality and dependability in completing assigned tasks on time
