We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who have the ability to engage in B2B interactions and the drive to grow their business portfolio in their respective territory. The ideal candidates may qualify for base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities:
– Maximize the penetration of OHC’s services. Source out and acquire current Business Partners (BPs). Develop, implement and own a territory growth plan.
– Deliver outstanding customer service and develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective Business Partners (BPs), win their respect and confidence in OHC's services.
– Meet annual sales objectives as set by the company.
– Maintain regular contact with all key BP touch-points in order to provide accurate support and resolve service delivery issues.
– Attend trade displays and training sessions as required.
– Understand the business, technical terminology, software details, procedural nuances and maintain current level knowledge on business territory and company services.
– Communicate and collaborate with all cross-functional team members to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.
– Develop testimonials and external Brand Ambassadors to help promote OHC products and services.
– Analyze and report on sales, plans, call activity on a monthly basis.
