Drayton Chop House is a busy, established steakhouse serving a strong local and theatre crowd. We are hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

This is stable, year-round employment with consistent hours in a professional dinner-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures
- Work efficiently during dinner rush and high-volume periods
- Assist with prep work and basic inventory tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year line cook experience
- Comfortable handling dinner rush




- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good understanding of food safety
- Reliable transportation (Drayton location)
