We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in both residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using professional cleaning equipment, including steam vacuums, and is committed to maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and common areas

- Operate skilled cleaning equipment such as steam vacuums, wet/dry vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, furniture, and high-touch surfaces

- Vacuum, mop, sweep, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning standards

- Remove trash and recyclables and properly dispose of waste

- Identify areas requiring deep cleaning and report maintenance or safety concerns

- Follow cleaning checklists, schedules, and client-specific instructions

- Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer and safety guidelines

- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are properly stocked

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning

- Proficiency in using steam vacuums and other professional cleaning equipment

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials

- Understanding of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with deep cleaning, carpet extraction, and upholstery cleaning

- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and infection control practices

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for residential assignments)

Work Environment

- Residential homes, office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial facilities

- Evening, weekend, or flexible shifts may be required
