Finan Swim School is a growing swim school looking for a full-time Supervisor to help lead our team. This role splits between deck time — supervising lessons, supporting instructors, connecting with families — and behind-the-scenes work like scheduling, staff coordination, and program administration. Our leadership has come up through our own ranks, and we’re always looking for people who want to take on more as we expand.

What You’ll Do

On deck:

- Supervise lessons in progress and step in when a class needs support
- Coach instructors in the moment and be a visible presence for parents and swimmers
- Keep safety standards tight and consistent across every class

Behind the scenes:

- Build and manage schedules, and coordinate staffing coverage
- Onboard new instructors and deliver ongoing feedback and development
- Track enrollment, attendance, and student progression
- Handle parent questions and concerns that need more than an on-deck conversation





What We’re Looking For

- Experience leading a team, ideally in aquatics, recreation, childcare, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
- Someone comfortable making decisions in the moment
- Solid communication with kids, parents, and staff alike
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- CPR certification and National Lifeguard certification, or willingness to obtain
- Available weekday evenings and weekends
