Wearecurrentlyrecruitingforproducers/advisorswhoarelicensedandalsoresideintheprovinceofAlbertaorBritishColumbia. WhilewearearemoteworkforceyouwillbeexpectedtoattendsalesmeetingsateitherthelocalAlbertaorBCofficedependingonyourlocation.Yourlicenseandsponsorshipmustbeuptodateandinforce.

DelivertheAnnualRenewalAnalysisandReportingtotheclient




Manageescalatedissuesfromtheinternalclientservicessupportteamregardingyourclient’semployeeplanmembersasneeded
Conductregularfollow-upandconnectioncallstoyourClientPlanAdministratorstoensuresatisfactionandserviceandtodeveloporexecuteonmeaningfulgrowthrequirements
Collaboratewithsalesandimplementationteamstoassistinthesuccessfulonboardingofnewclientsthatwillbeaddedtoyourportfolio
Participateinregular1/1callswithyourmanagerand/orteam
Participateincollaborativemeetings/projectsatSterlingrequiringyourinput/expertise
