Job Description Summary

The Property Claims Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor is responsible for ensuring consistency of estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network (GHRN), and compliance with industry best practices and regulations. The individual conducts virtual repair estimate reviews and supports Claims and vendor management with complex estimates and escalations and reporting pertaining to the Good Hands Repair Network contractors.

Job description:

Proficient in Verisk suite of products: Xactanalysis, Xactimate etc.

Completes virtual desk reviews and collaborations of vendor repair estimates and other assigned claims to ensure adherence to estimating best practices and process documentation compliance

Virtually researches and responds to customer escalations, communications, concerns, conflicts or issues by supporting Claims and Vendor Management Teams, and follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met

Makes and maintains a connection with the GHRN by understanding and meeting common needs; enable serving the customer with empathy; and follows up to ensure that customer and Claims Team needs have been met





Develops, manages and audits relationships with GHRN vendors

Monitors network trends and identify potential opportunities for guidelines and program updates

Participates in calibration activities with the Claims organization and Vendor Management

Collaborates with leadership regarding file review results an trends

Provides information on estimate review and reinspection results to ensure GHRN are following Allstate specific guidelines and procedures, and is compliant with industry regulations

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 77,200.00 - 124,075.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
