We are seeking a meticulous and driven Regional Finance Executive to support our finance operations across Southeast Asia & East Asia. This role is ideal for someone with approximately 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an SME environment with regional exposure and at least 1-2 years of audit experience. The candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, cross-border coordination, and maintaining financial compliance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regional entities.
Support regional budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
Monitor regional financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with group accounting policies and deadlines.
Liaise with local finance teams and consultants to ensure compliance with local regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
Support regional cash flow and treasury management activities.
Support and manage intercompany transactions, balances, and settlement proposal.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and consultants as needed.
Review and reconcile regional audited and tax reports




Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements across the region.
Maintain financial data integrity and accuracy in accounting systems (specifically SAP S/4HANA)
Ensure and maintain the accuracy of regional corporate and bank information
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualified qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with regional exposure and at least 1-2 years of audit experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP and SAP S/4HANA systems
Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or/and local GAAP), transfer pricing, and regional taxes would be advantageous.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
