You will analyze risks related to tariffs and trade remedies while developing defensible technical positions. This position combines client-facing advisory responsibilities with in-depth technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on customs compliance and surtax exposure issues
• Analyze tariff classification, valuation, and origin risks
• Draft advisory memoranda to support technical positions




• Lead clients through dispute resolution and CBSA verifications
• Design compliance frameworks and internal control systems

Requirements:
• Degree in Customs and International Trade discipline
• 3-5 years in customs advisory or international trade compliance
• Experience with customs issue resolution
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently
