In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for affluent clients. Your responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining accounts, coordinating events, and providing analytical support for financial strategies. By collaborating closely with Portfolio Administrators and Family Wealth Advisors, you ensure clients receive tailored services aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address client inquiries and schedule appointments
• Coordinate and support promotional and charitable events
• Assist in the maintenance of client accounts and paperwork




• Conduct financial research to support investment strategies
• Prepare and review compliance documentation for accuracy

Requirements:
• Robust skill set in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of AML procedures and certifications an asset
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
