We are a relationally focused, well-established counselling clinic grounded in thoughtful, ethical care. We’re not a high-volume, referral-driven model. Instead, we partner with experienced clinicians who value autonomy, sustainability, and meaningful connection in their work.

We’re currently welcoming experienced counsellors, couple and family therapists, and clinicians working with children and families to join us as Associates in our Nanaimo locations.

While referrals may come through, this role is best suited for clinicians who are not relying on clinic-generated referrals to sustain your work.

Who This May Be a Fit For

Are an RCC, CCC, RPsych, or MSW (Clinical), eligible for registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)

Have an existing client base or a clear pathway for building one

Value autonomy, while still appreciating thoughtful professional community

Prefer a clear, fixed-cost structure over percentage-based arrangements

Are committed to offering consistent, reliable availability to your clients

Experience with children, families, trauma, couples, or complex family systems is welcomed, though not required
