• Provide coaching on employee relations and performance
• Conduct workplace misconduct investigations
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
• Advise on health and safety legislation changes

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of HR experience
• Background in the manufacturing sector
• HRM Certificate from a recognized institution
• Membership with HRPA
• CHRP/CHRL certification in progress or obtained
