We’re now looking for a
seasoned logistics sales professional
who brings industry expertise, a solid network, and a book of business to drive revenue and relationships.
What You'll Do Leverage your existing relationships with shippers and carriers to move freight and drive sales
Develop new B2B opportunities across various verticals (LTL, FTL, Cross-border, Domestic)
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer freight
Quote, negotiate, and close new accounts – we support you with dispatch and admin so you can focus on selling
Track KPIs, forecast pipeline revenue, and help shape Loadify’s sales growth strategy
What We're Looking For 3+ years of sales experience in logistics,



freight brokerage, or trucking
Proven book of business with active customer relationships ready to move
Strong understanding of North American lanes, cross-border freight, and the brokerage/trucking space
Self-motivated, confident closer who can work independently with minimal oversight
Based in the Greater Toronto Area – able to work in person at our Oakville HQ fulltime.
