We are seeking a hands-on Distribution Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations across multiple locations in Southwest Ontario. This role is responsible for managing a team of delivery professionals, ensuring efficient routing, and maintaining high service levels for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of 25-30 delivery employees across multiple sites

Oversee daily delivery operations, scheduling, and route optimization

Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customer locations

Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies

Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance

Enforce safety standards and lead incident follow-ups

Support site audits and ensure compliance with operational procedures

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service execution and efficiency

Travel:





travel required sometimes across Southwest Ontario

Qualifications:

2+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or operations

Strong people management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Problem-solver with a hands-on leadership approach

Valid driver's license required
