Established Family law firm near Downtown Edmonton is looking for a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal experienced in divorce and family law. The ideal candidate will have minimum of at least two years of experience working at a law firm in the areas of divorce/family law.
The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will be responsible for supporting lawyers with legal documentation, managing administrative tasks, maintaining client communication, and ensuring all legal processes are carried out effectively. Daily tasks include preparing/drafting legal documents, assisting with research, scheduling appointments, and organizing case files.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant is required (minimum of two years)
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
