Responsibilities

- Perform customized medical-grade skincare treatments and facials.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Recommend and retail skincare products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation, infection prevention, and treatment room cleanliness standards.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and organized.
- Assist with front desk duties, appointment scheduling, and client support when required.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and skincare.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics (required).




- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic or luxury spa is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin conditions, and aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to educate clients and confidently recommend appropriate skincare products.
- Professional, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
