As a Vision Care Coordinator (VCC), you play a key role in enhancing our patients’ experiences by ensuring seamless and personalized care. This position involves managing patient histories, performing diagnostic tests, and using advanced optometric equipment. VCCs are crucial in optimizing patient flow throughout our facility, from reception through examination to selection of eyewear.

Responsibilities:

- Administer treatments and manage examination preparations, including room sterilization and instrument calibration.
- Accurately document patient histories and assist with diagnostic procedures.
- Handle electronic medical records to support healthcare delivery.
- Provide training and support for contact lens care and follow-up consultations.
- Cross-train in patient reception and optical sales to support team versatility.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Proficiency with internet and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective typing skills at 50 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and spelling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Compensation:

- Annual salary ranging from $35,800 to $48,530.
