What You’ll Do
- Lead customers through a defined sales process
- Take control of the interaction & guide decisions
- Present vehicles with confidence
- Conduct test drives & deliver product expertise
- Negotiate & close deals professionally
- Complete documentation accurately
- Build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (automotive or high-ticket preferred)
- Solid communication & rapport-building skills
- Confident negotiator & closer
- Follows process with discipline
- Positive, resilient, and coachable
- Able to work weekdays, evenings, weekends
- Fluent in English; other languages an asset
