Timberline Enterprises is looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to help run the day-to-day. We build fence, run equipment, and get the job done right — we need someone who can take charge and work hard.
What You’ll Do:
- Run equipment (skid steers, post pounders, and ATV’s).
- Build and repair fence, lay out material, install wire and planks.
- Be a leader on-site and make sure the work gets done efficiently.
- Organize jobs day-to-day: materials, labor, and equipment.
- Work directly with ownership to keep projects on track.
- Step up when decisions need to be made.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fence construction, or farm/agriculture work.
- Strong equipment operation skills.
- Natural leader who isn’t afraid to take charge.
- Physically fit and ready to work outdoors.
- Valid driver’s license (trailer experience is a bonus).
