Key Responsibilities

- Travel to patient homes to conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans to support recovery, mobility, and independence
- Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients and families on home safety, mobility,



and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with College and clinic standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed

What We're Looking For

- Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (required)
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Comfortable travelling between patient homes across the GTA
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varied home environments
