Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Commercial Manager and project team
• Assist in preparing and tracking commercial documentation
• Maintain organized project records and subcontractor documentation
• Support change management processes and approvals
• Prepare monthly commercial and cost reports
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Minimum two years' experience in commercial or contract administration
• Knowledge of construction management environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
