As a key member of the Horizon Mine Survey team, you will support Mine Operations, Projects, and Geology with daily survey requirements. Your knowledge in mine surveying will directly impact operations, ensuring accuracy in layouts and compliance with regulatory standards. Take charge of weekly volume reconciliations while collaborating closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform weekly mine volume reconciliation of ore and waste
• Conduct accurate survey layouts of engineering designs
• Monitor and as-build surveys for QA/QC




• Provide technical survey support to Mine Operations
• Assist Mine Geotechnical and Geology teams with field surveys

Requirements:
• Survey Technologist certificate or Geomatics Engineering diploma
• Five years of mining experience preferred
• Familiarity with Maptek survey scanners
• Proficient in PointStudio and Minesight software
• Class 5 driver’s license required
