In this pivotal role, you'll lead the Maintenance team within P&H;'s Milling division. Your responsibilities include maintaining a Preventive Maintenance program, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing machinery and facility repairs. Collaboration with Production, QA, and OH&S; teams will be essential to drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Maintenance team
• Oversee installation and repair of industrial machinery
• Maintain effective preventive maintenance programs




• Manage equipment inventory and parts procurement
• Control maintenance costs and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Red Seal certification
• Supervisory experience in a team setting
• Familiarity with CMMS software
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Competent in problem solving and decision making
