We're looking for a sharp, organized Content Project Manager to be the connective tissue across our social media projects. Your core focus will be keeping internal operations running smoothly; managing timelines, feedback loops, budgets, and cross-functional communication so the content team can move quickly and stay aligned. You're the kind of person who notices when something is about to slip before anyone else does. You write clear, concise notes. You follow up without being asked. And you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves — whether that means building a project schedule, sourcing props for a shoot, or making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
Who you are:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't wait to be told what to do next. You're proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking - someone who asks the right questions early so nothing falls through the cracks later
You check your work, then check it again, because the details matter to you
You sit comfortably at the intersection of client service and production - organized enough to manage timelines and budgets, personable enough to keep teams and clients aligned.
Traditional agency experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
What matters most is your attitude, your hustle, and your instinct to own what's in front of you
Responsibilities:
Own and manage status documents, both internal and client-facing, with the support of our production team
Lead the development of full project timelines and workback schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed and accountable
Capture detailed meeting notes, client feedback, and action items — and make sure they reach the right people
Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages by the right people — internal approvals and client sign-offs alike
Communicate proactively with creative, strategy, and production teams to flag risks and keep work moving
Assist with scheduling,
resource coordination, and cross-team planning to support overall resource management
Own the quality control process with a sharp attention to detail, ensuring all feedback is accurately captured and implemented
Support production with the coordination of logistics, including sourcing props, materials, and vendor contacts as needed
Assist production with the management and tracking of hard costs, vendor invoices, and credit card requisitions
Open project jobs, create estimates, and support overall financial management.
Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
Stay open and eager to jump into a variety of tasks to support the team (e.g., client or trend research, community management, on-set assistance, etc.)
What You Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination, account coordination, or production role, ideally within an agency or creative environment
A degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive about attention to detail
Thrives in a fast-paced, skilled setting
Clear, confident communicator both written and verbally, with strong people skills and emotional intelligence
A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving; you anticipate issues before they elevate
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
Flexible, adaptive, intuitive and resourceful
Can work independently but knows when to seek guidance
Experience in social media content management and/or creation an asset
A genuine curiosity about creative production and how things get made
A confident, can-do attitude and the energy to match
Nice to Have:
Experience at an advertising, design, or content production agency
Familiarity with photo or video production workflows
Experience sourcing props, booking talent, or coordinating on-set logistics
