Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Oversee compliance with statutory financial reporting
• Support preparation of annual consolidated financial statements




• Conduct scenario analysis and model funding strategies
• Deliver presentations to management and council members

Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong experience in financial analysis and modeling
• Knowledge of GAAP and municipal reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage projects in a unionized setting
