Company Description ConstructionClock is a time-tracking app that automatically clocks users in and out of job sites based on geo-location, without requiring them to take out their phone or open the app.
The platform is designed to simplify attendance and time management for trades people and crews. By automating check-ins and check-outs, ConstructionClock helps reduce administrative work and improve accuracy in time records.
Role Description This is a full-time in office Graphic Designer role based in Winnipeg, MB. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for the app, website, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print materials, developing marketing visuals, supporting product UI/UX with cohesive visual elements, and preparing files for production.
The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate ideas into clear, user-friendly designs and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications 3–5 years design experience. You've shipped work. You understand typography, color theory, layout principles, and you can apply them fast.
Speed without sacrificing quality.



You can produce decent output quickly, and you know when to spend more time on something that matters.
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital product and marketing work.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building or evolving visual identity systems.
Proficiency in Typography and layout, with the ability to create clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Previous experience designing for mobile apps or SaaS products is an asset.
Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
Self-directed. You don't need a creative director micro-managing your work. You take feedback, own the output.
