As a full-time Career Coach, you will collaborate with learners across undergraduate and graduate programs, using Life Design principles to foster professional identity and readiness. You will co-create dynamic coaching experiences, integrating academic learning with career exploration in a developmentally supportive setting. Further, you will enhance the Career Education Centre's transformative programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one coaching for career pathway exploration
• Utilize Life Design methods to envision future scenarios




• Collaborate to co-deliver workshops and curricula
• Engage with employers to inform coaching practices
• Design approaches promoting equity and inclusion

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Experience in career coaching or student success
• Knowledge of career development theory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
