As a Family Wellness Supervisor, you'll supervise and mentor 8-12 professionals committed to fostering safety and wellbeing for families. Your role includes guiding team development, overseeing service quality, and ensuring that culturally responsive practices are in place. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Family Wellness staff directly
• Train and onboard current team members effectively
• Assist staff managing complex family dynamics




• Ensure high-quality service delivery and program oversight
• Build relationships with community agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in human services
• Over a year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
