FedEx is seeking a Senior Manager of Facility Operations to plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or midsize volume facility/Station in Nepean, Ontario. This full-time leadership role is responsible for delivering maximum service to customers while maintaining a secure, secure, and cost-effective operation.
Key Responsibilities Plan and direct all operations within the Station and Ramp service area to maximize customer service delivery
Manage budgetary objectives for the facility, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Lead people development initiatives, including performance management and operational leadership
Oversee safety and security standards across all facility operations
Monitor quality and performance metrics and take corrective action as needed




Champion the customer experience by ensuring operations run smoothly and on schedule
Complete mandatory training, recurrence certifications, and maintain annual accreditations
Requirements Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent
Four (4) years of business experience including two (2) years in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
The two (2) years of direct management must be within the past four (4) years
Must possess a valid G licence and have a good driving record (two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
Bilingual (French and English) if residing in Quebec
Proficiency in PC Windows environments
