Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver social support services addressing mental health needs
• Assess suitability for program participation with intake team
• Utilize a strength-based, recovery-oriented approach




• Facilitate access to housing, subsidies, and services
• Conduct safety risk assessments and create safety plans

Requirements:
• Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences
• 4-6 years of related experience preferred
• Training in risk assessment and mental health interventions
• Solid communication skills for diverse audiences
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s licence required
