Kinsight is enhancing its Community Inclusion Day Services and is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join as Support Workers. This role requires you to promote personal development and community engagement under the guidance of the Community Inclusion Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include facilitating activities that honor individual goals and preferences, with flexible weekday shifts across Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate community-based skill-building activities
• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
• Foster relationship building and social interactions
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Remain adaptable to diverse schedule requirements
Requirements:
• Completed Diploma in Human Services or similar qualification
• Experience working with various abilities
• Strong abilities in computer operation
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
• Up-to-date community care and safety certifications
