Mutual Fund Administrator

Duration: 6 months (extension and conversion possible)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

- Process mutual fund transactions including buys, sells, switches, and settlements
- Manage settlement activities and money movements between TD Wealth and external fund companies
- Support FundSERV-related transactions and operational processes
- Investigate and resolve transaction breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements
- Use Excel and internal systems to support daily operations and reporting
- Respond to internal inquiries and collaborate with various stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Banking / financial institution experience required




- Mutual funds operations experience strongly preferred
- Experience with settlements, trade processing, or money movements
- FundSERV experience is an asset
- IFIC licensing is a nice-to-have
- Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Quick learner with robust attention to detail
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and professional etiquette
