Lakeridge Health is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join the Critical Care Development Program, working at both the Oshawa and Ajax-Pickering locations. Candidates will be enrolled in the Michener Institute’s Critical Care course, receiving support for tuition, clinical placements, and salary during training. Successful completion leads to a full-time Critical Care position with a 24-month commitment required post-training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care in critical environments




• Participate actively within the Resource Pool Nursing Team
• Maintain accurate nursing records and adhere to hospital policies
• Perform duties effectively within acute care settings
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Commitment to complete the Michener course at hire
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in acute care preferred
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
