BCI is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead modernization efforts from Victoria, BC. This role requires strong skills in architecture, AI tools, and cloud strategies.

As a critical member of BCI's Technology team, you'll help shape creative enterprise architecture to enable transformation across various technology domains. Your mission is to develop architecture standards, build business capability roadmaps, and engage in hands-on deployment while evaluating emerging AI technologies. Collaboration with business leaders and delivery teams will ensure that technology solutions align with BCI's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop enterprise architectures for BCI’s modernization
• Define and evolve architecture standards and guidelines




• Build business capability and tech roadmaps collaboratively
• Review developing architectures, providing practical feedback
• Evaluate AI solutions and establish governance for use

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in enterprise architecture roles
• Proven ability to link technology with business strategies
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and cloud technologies
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field or equivalent
