Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for our B2B SaaS platform. This role serves as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and the product, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term customer success.
The ideal candidate combines project management, business process analysis, client-facing communication, and technical problem-solving skills. You will work directly with customers on requirements gathering and analysis , configure solutions, manage implementation timelines, and drive successful go-lives.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, goals, and requirements
Create Statements of Work (SOW) and participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
Configure and customize the platform within established product capabilities
Manage data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
Act as the first line of technical support for your customer portfolio, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the Clearspider team to ensure fast, effective resolutions
Deliver Key User training and provide guidance in terms of system usage best practices
Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Support customers beyond implementation, ensuring they achieve measurable business value from the solution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS, Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, solutions consulting, customer success, or a related role
Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience in working with APIs, integrations, SSO, data imports, and workflow automation.
SQL, data mapping, or technical troubleshooting
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and as a strong team player
Inventory/distribution/logistics industry experience is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
