Reporting to the Director, Digital Health Transformation Office under the oversight of the Deputy
CEO (DFHS), the job-holder is expected to play a lead role in cultivating, facilitating and catalysing a
vibrant organisation culture that is patient-centric and innovative, and aligned to the mission and
vision of SGH and SingHealth.
The Manager job responsbilities include the following:
Ongoing review of latest technologies and cutting-edge solutions locally and around the world
Keeping abreast of national, cluster and institutional innovation directives and strategies
Represents SGH and partner with collaborators (e.g. agencies, companies etc.) together with stakeholders across different divisions or departments for collaborative opportunities and long term transformation
Minimize duplication of efforts and create synergies & stronger collaboration amongst internal stakeholders and expert departments
Work with Senior Management to prioritise and identify ‘big-bets’ and solutions to explore
Work with Senior Management to develop a strategic innovation framework & transformation plan
Routine reporting of innovation efforts across the hospital to Senior Management
Oversee and provide support where necessary for innovation enablers such as funding, project agreements, etc




Support scaling of successful projects across hospital & cluster
Manage overall administrative matters for team members
Serves as innovation planning resource for SGH Campus Phase 2B Hospital Planning Committee
Requirements:
Degree with minimum 6-8 years working experience, preferably with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical or support function/both)
Qualifications in related field studies applicable to the above job function (e.g. MSc Innovation Management, Human Factors, MBA)
Certification or knowledge in Lean, project management, or any other relevant to above job function
Able to establish good rapport with internal or external parties
Grasp of technology trend in specific those influencing healthcare
Ability to facilitate discussions with different levels of staff
