Grove Electric is a family-owned electrical and home services contractor based in Surrey, BC. We have been growing steadily since 2018 and we are proud of the team we have built. We work hard, we support each other, and we genuinely care about the customers we serve.

What You Will Be Doing

This is a customer-facing role. Most of your day will be spent on the phone and in email, being the friendly first point of contact for our customers and helping keep things organized behind the scenes.

Day to day, you can expect to:

- Answer incoming calls and emails and make customers feel welcome and taken care of
- Help with scheduling and booking by gathering information and passing it to the right people
- Manage incoming leads and inquiries so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep our job management system updated with accurate information
- Support the team with general office tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who enjoys people and has some experience in a customer service role — whether that is retail, hospitality, a call centre, or anything else where you were regularly talking to customers and helping them out. That is the foundation.

If you have also worked in a service-based business — a home services company, a contractor,



a repair or maintenance company — that is a bonus. We know you will hit the ground running a little faster.

And if you have specifically worked in customer service at an electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing company? That is a big bonus. We would love to talk to you.
